Italian Sweet Sausage Bake
3 lb. Italian sausage, cut into bite size pieces
3 green bell peppers, quartered
3 white or red potatoes, quartered
2 yellow onions, quartered
1 tsp. Basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Combine Italian sausage, bell peppers, potatoes, onions, basil, salt, and pepper. Place in uncovered roast pan and bake at 375 degrees about 60 minutes or until sausage is brown and potatoes are done. Stir frequently.
Serves 6-8.
