1) Steak. (Marrinated overnight in a freezer bag with Teriyaki sause/Honey/Onion then Grilled)

2) White & Wild Rice.

Tonight we are in Gold Beach (Southern Oregon) and hanging. But last night in Windsor, CA Kurt grilled sirloin steaks and some bread we bought at a bakery near Bodega Bay that had 3 different cheeses and shitake mushrooms baked into it. And I cooked exquisite corn on the cob... YUM!
