I just joined up.... and was wondering if anyone i interested in diabetic or low carb recipes. My mom is a Type 2 Diabetic and I might as well be. (I have PCOS and don't handle starches well!) I don't stint on flavor, so what I would post would be tried and Young Adult Man tested!!!!!

Although, sometimes, I think what I cook is wasted as he's too busy throwing straight to his stomach, it doesn't touch the tastebuds...

I'm all about low carb/low sugar food. I'm on South Beach Diet and always looking for yummy stuff. I actually just bought a Better Homes and Garden Diabetic cookbook today! looking forward to trying some of yours.
