I had this on the weekend and it was wonderful! :)
Ingredients
800 g potatoes (the floury kind)
120 g flour
30 g parmesan cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
nutmeg
80 g butter
10 leaves of sage
This is how you do it
1) Cook the potatoes, peel them and put them through the ricer while they are still hot.
2) Add flour, eggs and parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to your liking and make a dough out of it.
3) Shape little Gnocchi balls out of the dough and cook them in salt water until done.
4) Melt the butter and add the sage leaves, then add the dried Gnocchi.
5) Serve with parmesan on top.
Guten Appetit!
