I made a "rub" of...
1)Pepper
2)Salt
3)Delishusly Dill = Dill Weed, Onion, Garlic, Lemmon Peel, Ginger, Chive.
4)A splish (little less then a 1/8 cup) of lemmon juice just to wet the meat in the bag.
