Today was my day to bring in food at work.
Since these are dip recipes and holidays are approaching faster than the speed of light. I thought I'd share
Since these are dip recipes and holidays are approaching fast
Spinach Dip
2 10 oz pkgs frozen spinach
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Havarti cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. milk
Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in spinach, cheese and milk. Microwave 6 minutes.
BLT DIP
1 ½ lbs. bacon – chopped – cooked (drained and cooled)
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
2 lg. tomatoes – seeded and chopped (as dry as possible)
Stir all ingredients together RIGHT BEFORE SERVING. This is important as the tomatoes will bleed if you put it together ahead of time.
Serve with crackers, bagel chips or melba toast
