Dough:
500 grams of flour
300 ml lukewarm water
1 package of yeast
3 Tbl of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Soak the yeast in the lukewarm water, then mix all ingredients together. Knead thoroughly with your hands, then let the dough rise for an hour or two at a warm place.
Seasoning:
Mix a handful of thyme, rosemary, several cloves of garlic, salt and a bit of chili (or other herbs to your liking) with oil and make sure it soaks through.
Putting stuff together:
Knead dough again and work some oil with herbs into it. Then shape several flat round breads out of it (about as big as your hand) and spread the oil with herbs all over it. Bake at 250C for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy! :-)
